About Upper Room Theatre Ministry

Upper Room Theatre Ministry

Founded in 2002, Upper Room Theatre Ministry is a non-profit program that uses high caliber performing arts to inspire & uplift our audience, ensemble & production team with solid Christian values. We produce a large-scale musical every summer and an evening cabaret every winter.

Our proceeds currently go toward supporting the theatrical renovations to our “performing arts center” and also supporting our youth ministries and mission trips. In previous years, our shows have supported:

  • AAA Women for Choice Pro-Life Center
  • Birthright
  • Medical Missionaries
  • Gabriel Homes
  • Don Bosco Center
  • Youth Apostles
  • And more!

“There are no small parts, only small actors.” — Constantine Stanislavsky

Benefits of Being Involved in Our Theatre Ministry:

  • Theatre Ministry provides a hook to involve teens and young adults who otherwise might not be involved in the parish.
  • Theatre Ministry engages young people in the parish for a more intense experience in order to accomplish a common goal.
  • Teens and young adults provide a service to the parish community who witness the production; and by giving the proceeds to charity, they serve even more
